The Staff:
The
teachers at the Aram Language Center represent more than twenty
years of combined teaching experience in EFL and ESL both in the
Syrian Arab Republic and the United States of America.
We,
both Administration and teachers, value the English language and
love teaching it. We are devoted to our roles as EFL and ESL
teachers and are committed to enhancing our students’
proficiency and command of English in a way that will pave the
way for them to excel and be prominent in their different
professions and fields of study that heavily rely on mastering
the English language.
Fadi holds a
Masters’ Degree in English Literature from the Florida State
University. He also holds a
Post Graduate Study Diploma in
Literary Studies from Tishreen University and a Bachelors
Degree in English Literature from Damascus University. He taught
at the English Department at Florida State
University where he was nominated twice, consecutively, for an
Award of Excellence in Teaching for the academic years 2001/2002
and 2002/2003. He is currently preparing to pursue the PhD.
Fadi has been
teaching EFL and ESL since 1997:

He taught English for Academic
Purposes at the following departments and faculties at Tishreen
University, Lattakia, Syria: History, Geography, Sociology,
Medicine and Pharmacy.

He taught
Composition and Rhetoric
and Writing
about Literature to freshman students at the English
Department at the Florida State University.

Dave Swanson, Debbie Carruth, Dan
Melzer, Jay Szczepanski, and Veronica Evans;
a group of Teaching Assistants at
the English Department
to design a teaching strand for
the First Year
Writing about Literature
course at the Florida State University. The strand
was Reading Cultures
that appeared in the
First Year Writing Teacher's Guide,
2003-2004 Edition.
He also designed an
Assumption
Exercise on writing in
collaboration with Christie Kornstein, Leslie Maners and
Veronica Evans.
Manal
holds a Bachelors’ degree in English Literature. She has taught
English for Academic purposes at Tishreen University at the
following departments and faculties: Architecture, Electrical
Engineering and Mechanical Engineering. She also has an
outstanding teaching experience at public high schools.
She has
specialized and is dedicated to teaching Children and Teens at
Aram since 2001.
Manal
says “Teaching and learning are both fun and beneficial. I look
forward to seeing you take part in them and learn from the
expertise made available for you at Aram Language Center because
we care about you and your children and their educational
future.”
Firas
holds a Bachelors’ degree in English Literature. He has also
successfully completed a Teacher Training course and Business
Course at the American Language Center in Damascus. He has an
extensive experience in teaching high school students.
He has
specialized and is dedicated to teaching Children and Teens’
courses at the Aram Language Center.
“Mastering the English language is an important element in
learning more about other cultures. It is a means of

Firas says.

Nour holds a Post Graduate Diploma
in Education. She is specialized in teaching young
children. She has an outstanding experience in teaching young
and teenage students. She
has specialized and is dedicated
to teaching Children courses at the Aram Language
Center. |
